Responsibilities:

- Provide personalized attention to deliver a smooth and enjoyable experience for customers
- Collaborate with team members to celebrate wins and support each other's growth
Work Schedule:
We offer a rotation schedule that allows us to deliver top-notch service to our global players across various time zones. We provide the roster four weeks in advance for better work-life planning. See shift times below:
- Morning: 7am - 3pm (Office Based)
- Afternoon: 3pm - 11pm (Office Based)
- Overnight: 11pm - 7am (Home Based)

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Use chat to respond to customer inquiries and requests promptly and professionally
- Resolve customer issues and complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Provide bilingual support in English and Spanish
- Stay updated with product information and company policies to assist customers accurately
- Maintain customer data and communicate effectively with internal teams
- Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements to enhance the customer experience
- Work on a 24/7 shift rotation pattern (7-3, 3-11, 11-7)
Desirable skills:
- Knowledge of sports and gambling is advantageous
- Familiarity with cryptocurrencies is a plus
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, Airtable, and Intercom
- Australian work rights preferred
