Job Responsibilities
The Customer Engineering team at Alchemy collaborates closely with our customers to ensure they have an exceptional user experience and maximize the value of the platform. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, facilitating a smooth onboarding process, and ensuring prompt resolution of inquiries and issues. Your insights from working directly with customers will contribute to our product roadmap, enabling us to meet their evolving needs.
In summary, this role is perfect for individuals with a technical background who want to engage with multiple aspects of the business; it primarily focuses on delivering customer outcomes. You will spend the majority of your time understanding customer requirements, providing solutions, and transforming feedback into actionable product decisions.

Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in a software development role
- Technical degree
- Strong analytical capabilities
- Ability to comprehend and troubleshoot intricate technical issues
- Excellent communication skills in liaising with internal and external parties
- Outstanding interpersonal skills for monitoring and assessing customer performance
- Interest in technology, blockchain, and crypto
- Bonus points for experience with blockchain technology
- Additional bonus points for founding a company or developing side projects
- Startup experience is also a plus
