Your responsibilities will include:
For this role, Circle seeks a dedicated Security Leader with a wealth of experience in Endpoint Security, a profound knowledge of various Cloud-based Infrastructures, and expertise in managing Mac-based devices within a fleet. As part of the Security Engineering team, you will closely collaborate with the Infrastructure and IT teams to support our fleet of devices, enterprise services, and endpoints.
Key responsibilities involve:
- Developing and operationalizing Circle's Endpoint Security strategy
- Engaging with Infrastructure and IT teams to deploy fleet and endpoint protection solutions
- Assessing our current Endpoint Security status and conducting comprehensive risk evaluations
- Recommending and ensuring the implementation of security controls across our infrastructure
- Establishing and fostering partnerships with external stakeholders
- Generating data-driven reports on technology risk for senior management
- Championing continuous improvement within the technology stack
Required qualifications:
To thrive at Circle, you should possess expertise in Mobile Device Management solutions such as Intune, Kandji, or Jamf, knowledge of Zero Trust and Enterprise VPN Solutions, and proficiency in tools like Slack, Apple MacOS, and GSuite. Additionally, familiarity with Cloud Infrastructures like AWS, GCP, or Azure is highly desirable. Demonstrable experience in developing and deploying automation solutions for endpoints, in-depth knowledge of secure practices for Enterprise endpoint protection, enthusiasm for scalable security practices, and proficiency in managing multiple priorities are essential attributes. Effective communication skills to influence internal and external stakeholders, experience preferably in financial services, and familiarity with security standards like ISO 27001/27002 are definite advantages.

Circle endorses an inclusive financial future, featuring transparency at its core. Compensation is determined based on various factors such as experience, skill set, qualifications, and organizational needs, and may vary by location. Total compensation may span medical benefits, equity, and a discretionary vacation policy.
Base Pay Range: $227,500 - $292,500
Annual Bonus Target: 20%
Additional Benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k), paid sick leave, and holidays.
