Role Overview:
The company is seeking an experienced Director of Engineering to lead the Wallets Engineering division in advancing core wallet technology and enhancing the overall wallet experience for clients. While this position does not involve hands-on coding, the Director of Engineering will play a pivotal role in overseeing the technical aspects of the team's work.
Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative wallet solutions catering to a diverse client base, from crypto-native firms to Fortune 500 companies.
- Ensure a superior user experience for the wallet platform.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define both product and technical strategies for Wallets Engineering and drive successful implementations.

Qualifications:
- Over 14 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 6 years in a managerial capacity and 2 years leading managers.

- Track record of recruiting and retaining top engineering talent, including managerial positions.
