At Token Metrics, we are seeking an innovative UI/UX Designer to take charge of designing and enhancing the user experience of our digital assets. Your role will involve optimizing usability, functionality, and visual design elements to ensure an exceptional online user experience. As a UI/UX designer, you should have a deep understanding of user experience design principles and stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends.

This is a 3-month internship program at Token Metrics. Please note that this is an evaluative internship and is unpaid, with the possibility of return offers based on the company's requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting thorough research on user experience design needs for our digital assets.
  • Creating and developing a comprehensive strategy for UI/UX design that aligns with the brand.
  • Generating high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, flow diagrams, prototypes, and visual and graphic designs.
  • Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets.
  • Testing and evaluating the performance of UI elements, including CTAs, banners, page layouts, page flows, and target links.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team, internal colleagues, and external designers to deliver tailored digital experiences for users.
  • Providing guidance on UX research methodologies and testing activities to analyze and predict user behavior.
  • Maintaining adherence to typography and graphic design style standards.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in UI/UX design for digital products or services, with a Bachelor's degree.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms.
  • Proficiency in technologies and software such as Sketch, InVision, Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, while also being capable of independent work.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong multitasking and time-management abilities, with a focus on prioritizing tasks.
