We are currently supporting a global rating agency focused on rebuilding trust in credit ratings and providing accurate ratings. As a GRC Associate Analyst - Automation, you will play a key role in automating essential GRC processes, including questionnaire management, risk assessment, policy management, and compliance reporting. Working collaboratively with diverse teams, you will leverage technology to streamline compliance functions, particularly in implementing automated solutions for standards like ISO 27001, SOC2, and GDPR.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage automated workflows for client questionnaires, risk assessments, policy approvals, and compliance tasks to enhance operational efficiency.
- Provide timely and articulate responses to customer inquiries, with a focus on automation and self-service capabilities.
- Collaborate with various teams to identify automation opportunities within governance, risk, and compliance workflows.
- Maintain the Information Security team's repository of responses accurately.
- Assist in automating evidence collection and recurring compliance tasks in preparation for audits and assessments.
- Contribute to training AI models with relevant data and ensure the accuracy of information.
Qualifications:
Mandatory Skills:
- Ideally possess an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
- Proficient in technical writing with excellent communication skills.
- 1-2 years of experience in GRC, information security, or related fields with an understanding of automation concepts.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in recognizing automation opportunities within security processes.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and prioritize promptly.
- Familiarity with technology systems and information security.
- Competence in generating and maintaining up-to-date documentation on technologies.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
Nice-to-have:
- Possess relevant certifications such as CISSP or CISA or a willingness to obtain them.
