Growth Marketer (Web3, Privacy)
The organization is focused on promoting the development of the decentralized web to pave the way for a more open internet where communities can transform into network states. The technologies developed by Logos aim to empower users while upholding civil liberties and essential freedoms.
The ideal candidate for the role of Growth Lead should have a keen interest in Web3, privacy, and decentralization. The role involves advocating for Nomos with other Web3 projects and developers to advance project and product objectives, enhance project awareness, and foster connections with potential partners.
Responsibilities Include:
Collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders to devise and implement effective marketing and growth strategies for Nomos.
Executing and managing the marketing and growth strategies for Nomos.
Conducting market research to support Nomos activities and initiatives.
Analyzing data pertinent to the growth of Nomos and performance of marketing campaigns, including community growth metrics.
Supervising content creation to ensure consistency with the current strategy and brand guidelines.
Securing necessary resources for implementing Nomos marketing and growth strategies.
Advocating for Nomos across social media and other digital communities.
Requirements:
Passion for privacy, blockchain, and peer-to-peer (P2P) technologies.
Previous experience in marketing and growth strategies for Web3, privacy, and decentralization-focused products and services.
Sound knowledge of target audiences and market trends in Web3, privacy, and decentralized technologies.
Proficiency in market research methodologies and leveraging insights for growth strategies.
Proficient in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data concerning user acquisition, engagement, and retention in a B2B or developer-facing context.
Experience in guiding a team of developers, marketers, and business development professionals.
Strong analytical skills to identify growth opportunities and optimize marketing efforts.
