Crypto.com is dedicated towards facilitating the world’s shift to cryptocurrency. To support the expansion of our Exchange and Crypto.com App, we are seeking a Growth Marketing Hacker to spearhead our market strategy, lifecycle initiatives, and product positioning to drive global user growth and engagement.
This position involves orchestrating product, data, and creative elements and is ideal for a strategic marketer who excels in dynamic, high-responsibility settings. You will collaborate closely with product managers and growth teams to integrate feature releases, growth campaigns, and user insights into compelling narratives that resonate with diverse user groups across various regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Positioning
- Contribute in partnership with product and strategy teams to shape the roadmap for the Exchange and main app verticals.
- Cultivate unique value propositions to distinguish our platform in a fiercely competitive global market.
- Collaborate with data, analytics, and product departments to identify user personas and tailor personalized journeys.
- Take the lead in crafting creative/copy positioning for impactful, localized campaigns delivered by growth teams.
- Ensure alignment with product managers on roadmap priorities and customer feedback processes.
- Launch Execution
- Collaborate with the product team in planning go-to-market strategies for feature launches.
- Create integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels for user acquisition.
- Team up with marketing, growth, and product units for timely, scalable, and data-driven campaign execution.
- Customize messaging for region-specific rollouts in coordination with local market teams.
- Customer Insights & Market Intelligence
- Perform market trend analysis and competitive benchmarking to discern opportunities and threats.
- Conduct user feedback sessions, interviews, and surveys to enhance user experience and messaging.
- Share insights with product and growth teams to guide prioritization and positioning strategies.
- Growth & Retention
- Develop user lifecycle programs to stimulate user activation, trading volume, and sustained retention.
- Devise incentives and promotions to encourage engagement and enhance user retention.
- Collaborate with data, analytics, and product teams to optimize onboarding and reactivation flows.
- Performance & Reporting
- Define KPIs across various metrics in collaboration with Growth and Product teams.
- Utilize tools like GA4, Tableau, and Mixpanel to report performance metrics, iterating rapidly with analytics and product departments.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of product marketing experience, preferably with a background in crypto.
- Demonstrated success in launching and scaling B2C products or platforms and driving sustainable revenue growth.
- Strong communication and copywriting abilities to convey complex concepts and convert effectively.
- Collaborative nature with experience in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and a proactive approach.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics and user research.
- Previous experience in regulated industries or financial services is beneficial.
- Bonus if you have a native understanding of crypto or experience with community-led growth.
