We are currently looking for an experienced and highly motivated Growth Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of comprehensive regional and industry-specific marketing campaigns. These campaigns will aim to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and strengthen our global pipeline objectives. We are looking for a driven individual with a creative and data-driven mindset who can organize events and adapt global marketing strategies to fit local markets. As part of a rapidly expanding market, you will report to the Head of Marketing and collaborate closely with marketing peers, as well as teams in sales, regulatory and compliance, product, and customer success.

Responsibilities

  • Develop data-driven strategies to acquire and retain customers, drive revenue growth, and achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with leadership and marketing peers to ensure field marketing strategies align with overall business goals.
  • Identify opportunities to promote Notabene's products and services in specific target regions.
  • Plan, manage, and execute localized marketing campaigns, including events, webinars, roundtables, sponsorships, and community outreach programs.
  • Create targeted marketing campaigns tailored to diverse customer segments, with nuanced messaging and strategies that resonate with each audience.
  • Work closely with the sales team to generate and nurture leads in target regions, aligning efforts with sales goals.
  • Use analytics tools to track key performance indicators, monitor campaign effectiveness, and make adjustments as needed.
  • Oversee Notabene's event strategy, including logistics, vendor management, and post-event evaluation.
  • Foster relationships with partners, industry organizations, and associations to maximize marketing opportunities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competition, and new opportunities in various regions.
  • Proficient in using HubSpot or similar tools for campaign execution and analytics.
  • Willing to experiment and test different approaches to identify the most effective strategies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, RegTech, Crypto, or a complex technical market.
  • Proficient in marketing software and tools, especially HubSpot, Google Analytics, and data visualization software.
  • Demonstrated success in managing global growth marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in growth marketing, field marketing, event planning, or related roles.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Data-driven and analytical, able to measure and report on marketing effectiveness.
