Responsibilities:
- Engage in sharing and coaching of industry best-practices for customer identity and access implementation in frontend and backend systems
- Establish and oversee continuous support mechanisms for developers using access tokens, ensuring risk management and issue resolution
- Collaborate on shaping an identity and access management architecture that mitigates risks and operational challenges
- Evaluate and recommend privilege access management solutions specific to Circle's operational demands
- Coordinate with Security team to enhance enterprise security controls for risk reduction

What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years in identity architecture and 7+ years implementing access systems across various coding languages
- Passion for scalable security solutions
- Self-driven problem-solver adept at independent work
- Strong collaboration skills in high-pressure situations
- Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks
- Familiarity with IAM protocols (SAML, OIDC, OAuth, PAM)
- Experience with IAM technologies like Okta, Ping, Sailpoint, or equivalent
- Knowledge of standards such as ISO 27001/27002, NIST Cybersecurity Framework
- Financial services or fintech background preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science, cybersecurity, or related field
- Proficiency in software development languages like Python, Golang
- Experience in an AWS environment required
Additional Details:
- Offering day-one PERM sponsorship for qualified candidates
- Compensation ranges based on experience and qualifications:
- Base Pay Range: $145,000 - $192,500
- Annual Bonus Goal: 15%
- Additional benefits including equity, medical, dental, vision, 401(k), 10 days sick leave, and 11 paid holidays annually in the U.S.
