Your Responsibilities at a Glance:
- Collect, exchange knowledge, and mentor best practices related to implementing customer identity and access in frontend and backend setups.
- Formulate and enact ongoing oversight of developers' utilization of JWOT and other access tokens across Circle's solutions to identify and mitigate risks preemptively.
- Collaborate on creating an Identity and Access Management (IAM) architecture adhering to present standards and future goals while enhancing security measures within Circle.
- Evaluate current privilege access management domains, focusing on Circle's unique status to secure appropriate solutions aligned with organizational needs.
- Work closely with the Security team to identify and bolster broader security controls reducing risks across the enterprise.

Requirements to Join Team Circle:
- 5+ years of identity architecture experience with 7+ years in implementing identity and access systems across coding languages.
- Enthusiasm for scalable, reproducible security management practices.
- Self-driven, innovative problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work autonomously.
- Strong collaborative skills in high-pressure environments.
- Proficiency in managing multiple priorities promptly with sound judgment.
- Familiarity with IAM technologies and standards like SAML, OIDC, OAuth, and PAM.
- Hands-on experience with Okta, Ping, Sailpoint, Savant, or Microsoft IAM technologies.
- Knowledge of ISO 27001/27002 or NIST Cybersecurity Framework is favorable.
- Experience within financial services or fintech sector.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, cybersecurity, or equivalent field; AWS environment proficiency is crucial.
- Software development skills in Python, Golang, or similar languages are desirable.
Additional Details:
- This role qualifies for day-one PERM sponsorship for suitable candidates.
Circle advocates for an encompassing financial future, with transparency as a guiding principle. Our compensation reflects a range of factors including experience, skills, and organizational needs.
The base pay range for this role falls between $145,000 to $192,500 annually.
An extra 15% as an annual bonus is also in place, alongside equity and comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k)). Transparency and inclusivity shape our culture, evident in our discretionary leave policy, 10 days of annual sick leave, and 11 paid holidays in the U.S.
