Responsibilities:
- Stay updated on industry best practices related to implementing customer identity and access controls across front-end and back-end systems
- Review and support developers in utilizing access tokens effectively, mitigating risks and enhancing user experiences
- Collaborate on an Identity and Access Management (IAM) architecture framework to optimize security measures, reduce risks, and align with organizational goals
- Evaluate privilege access management within Circle's unique context, driving consensus on appropriate solutions
- Partner with the Security team to enhance enterprise-wide security protocols

Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years as an identity architect with extensive experience in identity and access system implementation across various programming languages
- Proficiency in scalable security management practices
- Self-motivated problem-solver, capable of independent work under minimal supervision
- Strong teamwork skills, particularly in high-pressure scenarios
- Familiarity with IAM standards like SAML, OIDC, OAuth, and PAM
- Previous exposure to IAM technologies from industry leaders like Okta, Ping, or Microsoft
- Knowledge of cybersecurity standards such as ISO 27001/27002 or NIST Framework
- Background in financial services or fintech is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or related field; equivalent experience considered
- Experience in an AWS environment essential
- Proficiency in languages like Python, Golang, or similar
Additional Details:
- Immediate PERM sponsorship for qualified candidates
- Base Pay Range: $145,000 - $192,500
- 15% annual bonus target
