Responsibilities:
- Share and promote industry best practices for customer identity and access implementation in frontend and backend setups.
- Establish and oversee continuous assessment of developers' use of JWOT and other access tokens throughout Circle solutions to identify risks, shape roadmaps, and resolve concerns proactively.
- Collaborate on an IAM architecture blueprint encompassing toxic role management, insider risk mitigation, privilege administration, and shared account governance, aligning with the evolving needs of Circle.
- Evaluate the current landscape of privileged access management, emphasizing Circle's unique requirements to drive organizational support for timely solutions.
- Partner with the Security team to enhance enterprise-wide security controls and minimize risks.

Qualifications:
- Identity architect with over 5 years of experience and 7+ years in implementing identity and access systems across diverse coding languages.
- Passion for scalable security management procedures.
- Independent self-starter with strong problem-solving acumen.
- Collaborative under pressure, adept at managing multiple priorities competently.
- Proficient in IAM protocols like SAML, OIDC, OAuth, and PAM, with exposure to IAM tools from Okta, Ping, Sailpoint, and others.
- Familiarity with standards such as ISO 27001/27002 or the NIST Cybersecurity Framework is a plus.
- Prior experience in financial services or financial technology is desirable.

- Compensation considerations based on several factors including experience, qualifications, and organizational needs.
- Package includes a base pay range of $145,000 - $192,500, with an annual bonus target of 15%, equity, and benefits.
