Your Responsibilities:

We are seeking a Product Manager to oversee the development of our liquidity infrastructure, enabling seamless fund transfers between fiat and cryptocurrency on a global scale. The Liquidity team provides the backbone for our various products, facilitating stablecoin issuance and redemption by connecting to worldwide banking and payment systems. This role presents an exciting opportunity to shape a fundamental layer of money movement supporting all of Circle's products and clientele. By closely collaborating with treasury, data science, engineering, and cross-functional teams, you will establish cash management infrastructure for stablecoins utilized by businesses worldwide, impacting millions of end users.

Key Responsibilities includes:

  • Conceptualizing, developing, and maintaining product features, platforms, and tools that align with customer requirements for onboarding and offboarding with our stablecoins internationally.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to address customer and operational concerns, propose product innovations, communicate vision and strategies, and ensure alignment towards common objectives.
  • Analyzing risks to the business and devising mitigation strategies using data tools and alerts to inform stakeholders proactively.
  • Partnering with data science experts to build predictive models for cash flow movements.
  • Engaging with banking partners to comprehend their services and translate Circle’s operational needs into actionable plans and product specifications.
  • Managing and prioritizing multiple projects concurrently in collaboration with engineering teams to ensure successful feature deployments.
  • Identifying and prioritizing product and process enhancements to boost payment success rates and streamline settlement durations for customers.

Your Qualifications for Circle:

As a Lead Product Manager, you should embody the following attributes:

  • Over 7 years of product management experience with a track record of launching multiple commercial products or platforms.
  • Expertise in payments, treasury management, or regulated financial services use cases preferred, with technical proficiency in developing internal tools for global treasury endeavors.
  • Enthusiasm for advancing financial services utilizing crypto assets and public blockchain infrastructure.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical prowess, and comfort with data analysis.
  • Proven experience managing complex product initiatives end-to-end, leading to substantial revenue generation.
  • Exceptional communication skills across various levels, adept at engaging with customers, executives, architects, developers, and fostering partnership consensus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fully remote work setting, collaborating with teams in multiple time zones, and familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS, and GSuite.

Additional Details:

  • Suitable candidates are eligible for day-one PERM sponsorship for this position.
  • The offered compensation package factors in diverse elements such as experience, skills, qualifications, and organizational requirements, in alignment with transparent compensation practices adopted by Circle.
  • Components of the compensation package include Base Pay Ranges of $157,500 - $207,500, Annual Bonus Target of 15%, and Equity & Benefits offerings such as medical, dental, vision, 401(k). Additionally, Circle endorses flexible vacation policies, 10 days of paid sick leave per year, and 11 paid holidays annually in the U.S.
