Key Responsibilities:

In the role of Principal Program Manager within the Product team, you will spearhead the coordination and implementation of intricate product development initiatives aligned with Circle's product roadmap. Your responsibilities include establishing robust processes for your team, developing project plans, overseeing project team activities, monitoring progress, and effectively communicating project status. You play a pivotal role in ensuring cohesion among team members and fostering alignment towards common goals.

Key Duties:

• Supervise multiple projects from planning to execution, harmonizing cross-functional strategies into a unified plan.
• Refine team-wide processes for activities like OKR planning, status reporting, and release planning.
• Direct programs by managing scope, release planning, and ensuring alignment across various functions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate alignment meetings focused on addressing tactical release issues, milestones, dependencies, and program status.
• Lead project meetings, compile status reports, and drive timely completion of deliverables by resolving risks effectively.
• Cultivate strong relationships with project stakeholders including team members and leadership.
• Enhance internal processes where necessary for improved efficiency and effectiveness.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven leadership skills with a strong focus on solutions and delivery.
• 12+ years of experience in project management or technical program management with a successful track record.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at various levels.
• Demonstrated experience leading diverse, cross-functional project teams to launch new products or services successfully.
• Proficient in change management and guiding teams through transitions.
• Passion for enhancing processes and optimizing internal workflows.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and adept at multitasking.
• Self-motivated, attentive, and reliable in following through on commitments.
• Basic understanding of cryptocurrency assets and blockchain technology, with a strong interest in further learning.
• Additional certifications such as PMI/Agile/Scrum are advantageous.
• Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, and Macbook is preferred.

Additional Details:

• Role eligible for day-one PERM sponsorship for qualified candidates.
• Compensation factors include relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and organizational needs.
• Compensation Range: $145,000 - $192,500 with an annual bonus target of 15%.
