Responsibilities:
Circle is seeking a cooperative Lead UX Designer to contribute to the creation of user-centered experiences across its portfolio of web assets. Responsible for managing website user journeys, information architecture, hierarchy, and navigation, the Lead UX Designer collaborates with a team of designers to translate insights into compelling digital experiences.
With oversight from the Director of Digital Marketing and engagement with stakeholders across Creative, Marketing, Business, and Product teams, the role involves conducting research, prototyping, and simplifying complex concepts to enhance user experiences on the Circle platform. Your contributions will directly influence the website’s roadmap which determines the way Circle interacts with its audience to foster engagement.
Tasks Include:
- Developing intuitive UX structures emphasizing optimal user experience utilizing wireframing, flowcharts, and other prototyping techniques
- Continual iteration through customer journey mapping and persona development for website enhancements
- Executing ongoing user research aligned with the website's trajectory to influence decision-making
- Organizing customer discovery sessions and design thinking workshops
- Crafting architecture-focused deliverables for projects ensuring feasibility and scalability
- Championing UX processes within the team to enhance efficiency and knowledge sharing
- Collaborating across functions to implement measurable, trackable, and scalable design experiments and features
- Delivering quality work aligned with timelines and project goals

Requirements:
- 7+ years of UX experience with expertise in digital design and information architecture
- Proven track record in developing global web experiences across various devices
- Proficiency in user research, prototyping, and solution sketching
- Capability to lead UX processes independently with a holistic approach
- Outstanding portfolio showcasing technical skills and creative problem-solving
- Current knowledge of accessibility standards and SEO best practices
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency ensuring timely delivery of projects
- Deep interest in blockchain, crypto, and finance fostering Circle's growth
- Proficiency in MacOS, GSuite, LucidChart, Figma, Google Analytics, Superset, and Hubspot
