Responsibilities:
Circle is seeking a skilled legal project manager to collaborate with senior litigation attorneys on various litigation, investigation, and technical projects. This role involves managing case-related tasks, coordinating activities, ensuring case tracking and reporting accuracy, overseeing discovery responses, and facilitating information gathering efforts. The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to support multiple tasks and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support litigation, internal investigations, and special projects including subpoena responses, eDiscovery, and vendor coordination.
- Manage and update case management systems and case materials effectively.
- Serve as a liaison between internal teams, external vendors, and outside counsel.
- Conduct research, gather facts, and analyze data.
- Assist in developing information management policies and procedures at an organizational level.
- Prepare and facilitate the execution and delivery of legal documents.
- Perform additional legal and operational duties as needed.

Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
- BA/BS degree
- 7+ years of litigation experience in corporate, law firm, or government settings
- Proficiency in eDiscovery platforms and handling confidential information
- Strong organizational and critical thinking skills
- Familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS, and GSuite
Preferred Qualifications:
- Legal executive assistant, paralegal certification, or project management experience
- Strong team collaboration, proactive approach, and ability to stay composed under pressure
- Knowledge of information governance and eDiscovery best practices
- Experience managing confidential information with professionalism
Additional Information:
The salary range for the position is $130,000 - $170,000, and includes an annual bonus target of 15%. Other benefits include equity, medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) options, along with discretionary vacation and paid sick leave.
