Responsibilities
We are seeking a skilled legal project manager to collaborate with senior litigation attorneys on various litigation, investigation, and technical projects. Responsibilities will include managing case activities, coordinating with internal teams, overseeing eDiscovery, and supporting multiple tasks with attention to detail and effective communication.
Key Duties
- Provide support for litigation tasks, internal investigations, and special projects such as subpoena responses and eDiscovery.
- Maintain and update case management systems and materials, act as a liaison among departments, and conduct research and data analysis.
- Assist in developing enterprise-level policies for information management and handle legal document preparation and delivery.
- Undertake legal and operational duties as necessary.

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years of litigation experience in corporate, law firm, or government settings
- Proficiency in eDiscovery platforms and managing confidential information
- Strong organizational and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency with Slack, Apple MacOS, and GSuite
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as a legal executive assistant, paralegal certification, or project manager experience
- Team-oriented, articulate, proactive, and calm under pressure
- Familiarity with information governance and eDiscovery best practices
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity
Additional Details
- Eligibility for day-one PERM sponsorship for qualified candidates
- Compensation ranges based on experience, skill set, qualifications, and business needs
- Base Pay Range: $130,000 - $170,000
- Annual Bonus Target: 15%
