Responsibilities:
We are seeking a skilled legal project manager to collaborate with our senior litigation attorneys. In this role, you will oversee various litigation, investigation, and technical projects. You will manage case activities, track progress, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, handle discovery responses, and facilitate information gathering tasks. Excellent communication, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to juggle diverse tasks simultaneously are paramount in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in all facets of litigation, internal inquiries, and special projects, including managing eDiscovery platforms and coordinating with external vendors
- Organize and maintain case management systems and materials
- Act as a liaison between internal departments, external vendors, and legal counsels
- Conduct research, gather facts, and perform data analysis
- Support the creation of operational structures and protocols for information management at an enterprise level
- Prepare legal documents and ensure timely delivery
- Execute other legal and operational duties as needed
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years of litigation experience in corporate, law firm, or government settings
- Proficiency with eDiscovery tools
- Demonstrated ability to manage confidential information
- Strong organizational and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in Slack, Apple MacOS, and GSuite
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience as a legal executive assistant or paralegal
- Certification or experience in project management
- Team player with strong communication skills and ability to handle pressure
- Familiarity with information governance and eDiscovery best practices
- Experience handling confidential information with professionalism
Additional Details:
This position may provide PERM sponsorship for eligible candidates upon appointment.
Compensation:
- Base Pay Range: $130,000 - $170,000
- Annual Bonus Target: 15%
- Benefits Include Equity, medical, dental, vision, 401(k), 10 paid sick leave days/year, and 11 paid holidays/year in the U.S.
