Responsibilities

The available position within the company involves playing a central role in the Messari Intel team. This team specializes in providing crypto intelligence solutions to top investors, exchanges, and crypto teams as part of the company's Enterprise suite. The Intel product allows users to monitor over 400+ Crypto Assets in real-time and receive immediate notifications regarding significant changes such as network upgrades, security incidents, legal actions, and more. As an Intel Manager, the primary responsibilities include managing a team of expert analysts to produce ongoing coverage, analysis, and summaries to support the Intel product. Additionally, working closely with the product and engineering teams to enhance coverage, automate processes, develop new features, and foster overall product growth.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the product team and manage a team of skilled individuals contributing to the development of a leading monitoring platform in the crypto industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading and managing a globally distributed team of 7+ analysts, focusing on enhancing individual growth and development.
  • Streamlining processes to expand product coverage capabilities continually.
  • Setting editorial direction for coverage, identifying relevant assets and events, and ensuring high-quality and timely coverage.
  • Integrating product automations into analyst workflows effectively.
