Our client, a prestigious cryptocurrency company based in Hong Kong with operations in Dubai and Kuala Lumpur, is looking for a capable Marketing/Social Media Manager for their Kuala Lumpur office. The role focuses on enhancing the company's digital footprint on social media platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the organization's social media accounts on platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, and Medium on a daily basis.
  • Creating and scheduling content at least two weeks in advance.
  • Developing and sharing engaging content related to industry news, company updates, product information, and technological insights.
  • Staying informed about industry trends to produce timely and relevant content.
  • Responding promptly to user comments and inquiries.
  • Establishing and implementing a social media strategy aligned with marketing objectives.
  • Hosting online events such as live streams, Q&As, and contests.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure successful events and monitoring outcomes.
  • Monitoring social media metrics and proposing enhancements.
  • Maintaining brand voice consistency across all platforms.
  • Observing and utilizing competitor activities to identify potential opportunities.

Requirements

  • Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Demonstrated success in designing and executing effective brand marketing campaigns.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with diverse teams.
  • Out-of-the-box thinker with a strong interest in storytelling and brand development.

Your Role:
As a Part-Time Business Developer, you will source and onboard new crypto projects, arrange Ask Me Anything (AMA) sessions, and drive community growth. You’ll play a key role in expanding FlipFlop’s reach and impact while earning competitive task-based rewards.
What You’ll Do:
- Bring serious projects and teams to launch on our platform
- Coordinate weekly AMAs with relevant crypto projects
- Grow our Telegram or Discord communities with genuine members
- Develop partnerships and onboard influencers for ecosystem growth
Who You Are:

- Self-motivated with strong communication skills

Payment structure:

Core Tasks and Deductions:

Task: Source and onboard at least 1 serious project and team per month to launch on our platform.
Penalty: Failure to complete this task will result in a $100 deduction from the $500 base compensation.
2. Arranging Project AMAs (Ask Me Anything Sessions)
Task: Coordinate and host 1 AMA per week with new or relevant crypto projects.
Penalty: Each AMA not completed will deduct $80 from the base compensation.
3. Community Growth
Task: Attract 100 genuine, legitimate new members to the official Telegram or Discord group monthly via a custom invitation link.
Penalty: Failure to reach the goal will deduct $50 from the base compensation.
Extra Rewards (No deductions):
4. Partnership Development
Task: Secure partnerships with crypto communities, marketing agencies, or influencers.
Reward: $100–$200 per signed partnership depending on scope and value.
5. KOL/KOC and Influencer Onboarding
Task: Recruit Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) or Key Opinion Consumers (KOCs) to support project launches or campaigns.
Reward: $25–$50 per vetted KOL/KOC added.
