As the Risk Lead overseeing Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), you will be spearheading the enhancement and expansion of enterprise-wide TPRM and ERM operations. Your role involves designing, developing, and scaling frameworks while ensuring operational excellence within Anchorage Digital.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Skills:

  • Leverage expertise in TPRM and ERM best practices, particularly within complex regulatory environments in financial institutions.

  • Develop and advance TPRM framework, vendor management programs, and procurement processes across all Anchorage Digital entities.
  • Formulate and enhance the ERM framework and associated policies and procedures.
  • Address futuristic concepts, products, or technologies with a focus on tangible outcomes and technical accountability.
  • Display consistency in delivering high-quality outcomes within set timelines and proactively escalate any risks to the appropriate channels.

Organizational Knowledge:

  • Navigate complex issues with a deep understanding of the company's inner workings and promote cross-functional collaboration to anticipate and mitigate obstacles.
  • Foster productive collaborations across teams to resolve technical discrepancies and challenges.

  • Present reports on TPRM and ERM to senior executives, regulatory bodies, and external stakeholders, articulating complex issues clearly and persuasively.
  • Define a coherent strategy for the team, ensuring streamlined execution, and proficiently communicate with various stakeholders.

  • Possess 10 - 15 years of experience in regulated financial services, specifically in TPRM and ERM within traditional financial institutions with a strong metrics-driven culture.

  • Ability to craft and implement programs, policies, and procedures.
