Overview
We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to oversee the operational strategy for our platform with a focus on international users. This position plays a vital role in ensuring efficient platform operations compliant with regulations, driving growth, and enhancing user engagement. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in finance and Web3 industries, coupled with strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate a high-performing team.
Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive operational system aligned with the company's strategic plan, covering account systems and promotional activities.
- Lead brand building initiatives by executing user acquisition, growth, retention, activation, and conversion strategies.
- Establish performance metrics for the operations department, regularly assess team performance, and ensure department goals are achieved.
- Stay informed about market trends and develop compliance policies to maintain regulatory standards across different countries.
- Recruit, train, and supervise the operations team to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Provide inspirational leadership fostering innovation and execution among team members.
- Oversee the creation of original content related to finance and Web3, crafting market-specific promotional material, brand messaging, and various textual elements for brand consistency.
- Analyze and enhance business processes to improve efficiency and mitigate risks for seamless product operations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to drive product optimization and promotional activities.
- Identify and capitalize on business growth opportunities to expand the product's market presence.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in finance or Web3 industries, with at least 3 years in an executive capacity.
- Extensive background in team management and leadership, exceptional communication, and coordination skills.
- In-depth understanding of the finance and Web3 sectors, innovative thinking, strong business acumen, analytical acuity, and a proactive entrepreneurial mindset.
- Outstanding problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, adept at working effectively under pressure.
