Responsibilities & Duties

  • Provide leadership and guidance to site management, fostering a culture centered on determination, teamwork, and respect.
  • Ensure adherence to operational policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
  • Document, enhance, and streamline business processes and system workflows.
  • Handle purchase orders and requisitions for materials, supplies, and equipment.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and suppliers, driving cost-efficiency strategies through supply/demand enhancements.
  • Develop and implement instructions, policies, and procedures for purchasing and contract management.
  • Assist site managers in managing location budgets and contributing to P&L reviews.
  • Lead monthly close process in collaboration with operations and accounting teams.
  • Collaborate on the development, execution, and oversight of operational strategies and key performance indicators (KPIs) with management.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize operational workflows to boost efficiency and identify potential opportunities and risks.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to refine business requirements and align them with organizational objectives.
  • Contribute to the development of inventory and asset tracking systems, including participation in RFQs and new system implementations.
  • Provide regular, accurate reporting to the Operations Management Team.
  • Aid in project communication and documentation regarding project status.
  • Undertake other assigned duties.
  • Some off-site work and/or travel to multiple facilities may be necessary.
  • Must have reliable transportation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, manufacturing, or engineering.
  • Minimum of 5+ years' experience in general business operations, data center management, manufacturing, or supply chain fields. Experience in BTC mining industry preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in supervisory or managerial roles.
  • Profound understanding of accounting, particularly in budgeting, accounts payable procedures, compliance, and ability to work with complex data sets and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong technical leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
