Bitcoin Depot is looking for an Outside Sales Representative to join our sales team and contribute to our business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and strategically promoting our products. This role offers a competitive base salary, uncapped commission structure, and target earnings of $120K in the first year. It requires you to be located within driving distance of the Salt Lake City area.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research, cold calling, door-to-door selling, and networking to identify and target potential clients in the assigned territory.
  • Be willing to travel throughout the assigned territory, spending multiple hours per day meeting customers.
  • Build and nurture relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs and effectively promoting our products/services.
  • Deliver in-person meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our offerings.
  • Develop and implement personalized sales strategies to meet or exceed sales quotas and revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings.
  • Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients, with assistance from your manager.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline in SalesForce.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, championing company values and maintaining a professional image.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment and share best practices.
  • Continuously improve sales skills, product knowledge, and overall performance.

Qualifications:

  • Preferably have experience in door-to-door sales.
  • Expect to travel at least 50% of the time.
