Bitcoin Depot is looking to hire an Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving revenue growth by actively seeking out potential clients, building relationships, and strategically selling our products. Your efforts will contribute to expanding our market presence and driving business success. This position offers a competitive base salary plus an uncapped commission structure, with a target earning of $120K in the first year. It is important that you are located within driving distance of the San Antonio area.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research, cold calling, door-to-door selling, and networking to identify and target potential clients within your assigned territory.
  • Be willing to travel extensively within your territory to meet with customers, often spending multiple hours driving each day.
  • Develop strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs and effectively promote our products and services.
  • Present in-person meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to highlight the value and benefits of our offerings.
  • Create personalized sales strategies to meet or exceed sales quotas and revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients with the assistance of your manager.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline using Salesforce.
  • Represent the company's values as a brand ambassador, maintaining a professional image at all times.

  • Continuously improve your sales skills, product knowledge, and overall performance.

Qualifications:

  • Preferably have experience in door-to-door sales.
  • Expect travel to account for 50% or more of your time.
  • Have at least 1 year of relevant sales experience.
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
