Job Summary:

Grayscale Investments, a leading digital currency asset manager, is looking to hire a Senior Associate for their ETF Product Team. The successful candidate will report to the VP of ETF Product and should have a strong interest in ETFs, product development, and financial markets. Joining the dynamic ETF team, the Senior Associate will be involved in all aspects of the product life cycle, from conceptualization and development to launch and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities:

Foster the growth of Grayscale's ETF franchise through product strategy, idea generation, and post-launch assistance.

Support the overall growth and enhancement of various areas within the Grayscale ETF business, including capital markets, operations, distribution, and marketing.

Gain and maintain deep knowledge of existing and potential investment strategies.

Demonstrate expertise in portfolio construction, strategy development, and market positioning in diverse market conditions and use cases.

Engage with Index Providers to discuss investment strategies and product planning.

Build and implement analysis frameworks to gather intelligence on the U.S. ETF market and competitive Funds landscape, considering various product options and geographical trends.

Analyze and report pertinent metrics like ETF flow data, trading statistics, and asset trends.

Collaborate with Compliance and Legal teams to ensure adherence to relevant procedures, laws, and regulations in product development.

Assist in managing Product Pipeline schedules, initiative prioritization, and resolution of challenges through sound judgment.

Requirements:

Ideal candidates should possess 4 – 6 years of relevant work experience.

Previous experience with Fund Managers, ETF Issuers, or Index Providers is advantageous.

Proficient knowledge and interest in the U.S. ETF market, including primary markets, regulatory trends, and product landscape.

Strong understanding of financial markets, investment implications, and portfolio construction.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail.

Enthusiasm for digital currencies, blockchain technology, and related concepts.

Proficiency with large data sets, Bloomberg, and analytical tools.
