Key Responsibilities:
Circle is seeking a Product Manager to lead the development of our Crypto capital markets platform. The Liquidity team focuses on providing the infrastructure that enables our stablecoin products to have rapid, cost-effective access worldwide. As a key leader, your role involves collaboratively partnering with stakeholders across the organization, comprehending the regulatory landscape, operational needs, and critical requirements to devise a long-term strategy for delivering a platform that enhances efficiencies, supports escalating volumes, and promotes market expansion. Your tasks include establishing a product vision, cultivating alignment across the business cross-functionally, and prioritizing efforts for maximum impact.
Emphasis on the following:
- Crafting the product vision, feature set, and roadmap to cater to customers' needs in accessing global capital markets and lending facilities.
- Engaging with various internal teams, initiating discussions on new product ideas, ensuring alignment on product vision and strategy, and resolving obstacles.
- Detecting risks to the business, formulating mitigation plans, and leveraging analytics for predictive models on cash movements.
- Interacting with liquidity partners to comprehend their requirements and translating them into business cases, product requirements, and roadmaps.
- Managing multiple concurrent projects alongside engineering teams to ensure timely feature releases.
- Identifying and prioritizing product and process enhancements to enhance partner success with our stablecoin offerings.
Requirements:
- Over a decade's worth of experience in product management, having led product portfolios with substantial customer adoption and revenue generation.
- Proficient in owning product strategies for complex commercial products, adept at identifying and managing associated risks.
- Previous experience mentoring other product managers and influencing partners and executives for achieving desired outcomes.
- Expertise in capital markets, lending, and regulated financial services, ideally with prior experience in building products for global capital markets teams.
- Enthusiasm for financial services built on crypto assets and public blockchain infrastructure.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, with experience in leading complex product initiatives, sustaining and expanding revenue-generating products.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of effectively interacting with customers, executives, architects, and developers, with the ability to drive consensus and influence partners.
- Comfortable working in a fully remote setup with teams across different time zones, familiar with tools such as Slack, Apple MacOS, and GSuite.

- Compensation ranges include factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, and organizational needs, and may vary for candidates in different locations.
