Responsibilities:

Circle is in search of a Product Manager to oversee the development of our Crypto capital markets platform. This role in the Liquidity team involves creating the foundational infrastructure that enables seamless, cost-effective global access for all our stablecoin products. As a strategic lead, you will collaborate extensively with various stakeholders to establish a long-term strategy that encompasses regulatory considerations, operational requirements, and critical needs, paving the way for an efficient, scalable platform. Guided by a clear product vision, you will drive alignment across the organization, ensuring prioritization of efforts for maximal impact.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully launching external user-facing products in capital markets, adept at managing complex program areas in collaboration with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and adapting to evolving landscapes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and owning the product vision, features, and roadmap to meet customer needs for global access to capital markets and lending facilities.
• Collaborating across departments to identify pain points and propose innovative product ideas, fostering consensus and progress.
• Identifying and mitigating business risks through proactive monitoring tools and engaging with data science and analytics for predictive modeling.
• Engaging with liquidity partners to understand their requirements, translating them into robust product strategies and roadmaps.
• Managing multiple projects in conjunction with engineering teams to ensure timely feature releases.
• Prioritizing product enhancements to optimize success for liquidity and distribution partners using our stablecoin offerings.

Requirements:

Principal Product Manager

• Over 10 years of product management experience driving customer adoption and revenue growth within complex product portfolios.
• Extensive ownership of product strategy and experience mitigating associated risks.
• Mentorship experience with a history of influencing partners and executives effectively.
• Domain expertise in capital markets, lending, or financial services, preferably with global reach.
• Passion for developing financial services using crypto assets and public blockchain infrastructure.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and data-driven approach.
• Proven success in managing complex product initiatives, driving revenue growth.
• Strong communication skills interfacing with different stakeholders and team members.
• Proficiency in working remotely across multiple time zones using standard tools like Slack, MacOS, and GSuite.
