Job Responsibilities:
We are seeking a skilled Principal Talent Systems & Technology Partner to join our Talent Systems team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in utilizing the organization's Talent tech stack to enhance the employee experience. Your primary focus will be on managing the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system. By working closely with various departments, you will streamline processes, drive system improvements, and ensure a seamless HRIS strategy supporting our organizational goals.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Lead the setup, administration, and upkeep of the Workday HCM system, offering expert guidance on its functionalities.
- Collaborate with HR teams to identify and implement enhancements within the HCM modules.
- Establish and maintain security protocols within the system to protect sensitive employee data.
- Regularly review access rights and permissions based on business requirements and compliance standards.
- Develop customized reports and dashboards to present HR metrics and insights to management.
- Provide training on reporting tools to enhance data literacy across the organization.
- Manage the benefits module in Workday, ensuring compliance with regulations and accurate data management.
- Collaborate with benefits vendors on integration and issue resolution.
- Uphold data accuracy and integrity throughout the employee lifecycle and conduct regular data audits.
- Support various Talent functions as required, such as onboarding, offboarding, communication, and project management.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of relevant experience in a similar role within a large-scale organization.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service and expertise in the designated field.
- Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities.
- Proficient communication skills (written and verbal) for effective information dissemination.
- Familiarity with GSuite, Slack, and other collaboration platforms.
- Preferred Bachelor's degree.
- Expertise in macOS, Gmail, Google Suite tools, and proficiency in HRIS, ATS, and LMS systems (particularly Workday).

Compensation Details:
- Base Pay Range: $160,000 - $207,500
- Annual Bonus Target: 17.5%
- Additional Benefits: Equity, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), Discretionary vacation policy, 10 days of paid sick leave per year, and 11 paid holidays per year in the U.S.
