Description
As the Product Marketing Manager, your primary responsibility will be to take charge of the positioning, Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, and lifecycle marketing for both our spot trading platform and crypto card product. Your role will involve being the voice of the customer and establishing connections between the product, growth, and creative teams to develop engaging narratives and data-driven campaigns that enhance adoption, retention, and trust. This position is a unique blend, requiring the strategic acumen of a product lead and the creative flair of a storyteller.
Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Positioning
- Develop and execute the product marketing roadmap for the spot trading and crypto card sectors
- Create persuasive messaging and value propositions that set us apart in a competitive market
- Define and enhance user personas, use cases, and customer journeys
- Launch Execution
- Lead the GTM planning for feature and product launches by collaborating with product, design, communications, and growth teams
- Create impactful marketing assets for multiple channels like the website, email, social media, in-app, and video platforms
- Work with PR, content, and community teams to amplify external exposure during launches
- Customer Insights & Market Intelligence
- Gather and analyze market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback to drive strategic decisions
- Conduct interviews, surveys, and usability tests to uncover insights that enhance product offerings and messaging
- Growth & Retention
- Collaborate with lifecycle and growth teams to develop acquisition and retention campaigns
- Optimize conversion rates and onboarding experiences through data-driven experiments
- Identify opportunities to boost engagement through new features, rewards, and card incentives
- Performance & Reporting
- Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
- Track and report on campaign performance using analytical tools such as GA4, Mixpanel, or Amplitude
- Rapidly iterate based on data and feedback to drive continuous improvement
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in product marketing, with a preference for fintech, crypto, or high-growth tech startup backgrounds
- Demonstrated track record in launching and scaling B2C financial products or platforms successfully
- Profound understanding of centralized exchanges, crypto spot trading, and payment card ecosystems
- Exceptional communication and copywriting abilities to translate complex concepts into compelling narratives that drive conversions
- Strong collaboration skills with a background in cross-functional teamwork within fast-paced environments
- Analytical mindset with expertise in marketing analytics and user research
- Prior experience in regulated industries or financial services is advantageous
- Bonus points for familiarity with DeFi, Web3 wallets, or community-led growth strategies.
