Program Manager
The team focusing on Growth at DFINITY is dedicated to the expansion of the Internet Computer ecosystem by collaborating with impactful entrepreneurs and developers, empowering them to create products that cater to billions of people.
As a Program Manager within the growth team, you will play a crucial role in overseeing various initiatives like hackathons, educational bootcamps, ecosystem marketing and PR support, developer grants, etc. This role involves working closely with teams across Growth, Product, Legal, Finance, Comms & Marketing, and Engineering to ensure a top-notch experience for our builders. You will be involved in creating new processes and directly executing various programs.
Responsibilities:
- Define, measure, and monitor the success of different programs from the growth team and provide regular reports to leadership on their impact.
- Plan and execute hackathons and educational bootcamps with high-quality partners, managing all aspects from concept to post-event analysis.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and design teams to ensure alignment in executing growth initiatives.
- Coordinate with the communications and PR teams to obtain marketing exposure for ecosystem teams.
- Manage the ecosystem and developer grant pages on the website and social channels.
- Collaborate with Legal and Finance to ensure smooth payments to external partners.
Requirements:
- Self-starter with 5+ years of experience in program or project management, business development, or consulting.
- Familiarity with cryptocurrency, blockchains, and other Web 3.0 technologies preferred.
- Experience in organizing hackathons and bootcamps.
- Proficient in project management tools like Airtable.
- Ability to balance strategic and creative thinking with process and metric-driven execution.
- Strong communication skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Please note that this role requires in-office work from our Zurich office 3 days per week.

Senior Software Engineer (Blockchain)

The Role
We are seeking a Smart Contract Developer responsible for ensuring that game listings within MentTech work properly and ensuring compliance with all game store policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Architect, implement, and deploy secure smart contracts for an on-chain Play-to-Earn GameFi ecosystem
• Lead contract design decisions with a focus on robustness, auditability, gas efficiency, and resilience to attack vectors
• Mentor/junior developers: perform code reviews, establish standards, best practices in security & testing
• Collaborate cross-functionally with game designers, backend, QA, and security teams to align smart contract features with product roadmap
Qualifications:
• 2+ years hands‐on experience developing & deploying smart contracts (Solidity / EVM or equivalent) in production environments
• Track record of writing secure contracts, familiarity with common vulnerabilities (reentrancy, integer over/underflow, front-running, flash loans, etc.)
• Experience with audits, formal verification, fuzz testing, or other advanced contract assurance methods
• Strong test suite / CI workflow skills; comfortable using tools like Hardhat, Foundry, Truffle etc.
• Solid understanding of GameFi mechanics and how on-chain economics work
Bonus Points:
• Experience on multiple EVM chains or Layer-2 / sidechains
• Knowledge of cross-chain bridges, oracles, NFTs, tokenomics design
• Contributions to open-source security tooling or prior audit reports or published code you’re proud of
