Program Manager

The team focusing on Growth at DFINITY is dedicated to the expansion of the Internet Computer ecosystem by collaborating with impactful entrepreneurs and developers, empowering them to create products that cater to billions of people.

As a Program Manager within the growth team, you will play a crucial role in overseeing various initiatives like hackathons, educational bootcamps, ecosystem marketing and PR support, developer grants, etc. This role involves working closely with teams across Growth, Product, Legal, Finance, Comms & Marketing, and Engineering to ensure a top-notch experience for our builders. You will be involved in creating new processes and directly executing various programs.

Responsibilities:

• Define, measure, and monitor the success of different programs from the growth team and provide regular reports to leadership on their impact.
• Plan and execute hackathons and educational bootcamps with high-quality partners, managing all aspects from concept to post-event analysis.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and design teams to ensure alignment in executing growth initiatives.
• Coordinate with the communications and PR teams to obtain marketing exposure for ecosystem teams.
• Manage the ecosystem and developer grant pages on the website and social channels.
• Collaborate with Legal and Finance to ensure smooth payments to external partners.

Requirements:

• Self-starter with 5+ years of experience in program or project management, business development, or consulting.
• Familiarity with cryptocurrency, blockchains, and other Web 3.0 technologies preferred.
• Experience in organizing hackathons and bootcamps.
• Proficient in project management tools like Airtable.
• Ability to balance strategic and creative thinking with process and metric-driven execution.
• Strong communication skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Please note that this role requires in-office work from our Zurich office 3 days per week.
