Position Summary:

Join our innovative Bitcoin mining company at the forefront of the cryptocurrency landscape. We are expanding and seeking a highly motivated Remote Operations Manager to oversee unmanned mining sites and lead a small, dynamic team. This role is crucial for maintaining optimal mining facility operations and fostering smooth collaboration between vendors and internal teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of unmanned Bitcoin mining sites to ensure efficient and continuous operation.
  • Lead a small team by organizing schedules, setting goals, and fostering a productive working environment.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with vendors to procure high-quality equipment and services, coordinating effectively with internal teams.
  • Serve as a communication bridge between internal teams to ensure alignment and collective goal achievement.
  • Proactively identify and address operational issues in coordination with relevant teams to implement effective solutions promptly.
  • Anticipate potential challenges and develop strategic plans to mitigate risks, ensuring uninterrupted operations.
  • Utilize technical expertise in mining, networking, power distribution, and data center environments to enhance mining operations.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in operations management, preferably in mining, data centers, or related fields.
