Impactful Opportunity
The role of Revenue Operations at TaxBit plays a crucial function in driving our Go-To-Market operations.
The RevOps team aids and enhances the Go-To-Market strategies and endeavors through five core areas:
- Establishing, managing, and sustaining systems that facilitate associated processes
- Steering the strategic shaping of organizational and operational structures
- Handling data management and supplying insights for enhancing Go-To-Market performance
- Collaborating across functions to manage deals effectively (e.g., pricing, contracts)
- Enabling continuous enhancement of Go-To-Market capabilities through knowledge acquisition
The RevOps Specialist is responsible for all five aspects. This position is vital in providing value and intelligence to the broader Go-To-Market capability and business operations at TaxBit; it plays a role in directing Sales Account Executives towards optimal accounts, guiding Marketing efforts to target the right audiences, and assisting Customer Success teams in achieving their retention and expansion objectives.
Key tasks for this position involve, but are not limited to: utilizing Salesforce for processing inbound requests related to system administration; generating reports using tools like Salesforce and Hubspot; monitoring and updating these reports as per evolving Go-To-Market demands; aiding RevOps in identifying new accounts; enriching account data and uploading it into Salesforce; directing prospects to appropriate Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives; and implementing account scoring practices. These duties ensure that the Go-To-Market capabilities at TaxBit operate at peak efficiency.
An ideal candidate should possess the ability to comprehend moderately complex systems, work efficiently, think analytically, stay updated on responsibilities independently, interact effectively with Go-To-Market stakeholders to document and update their work domain, and exhibit strong collaborative skills.
Role and Duties
- Supporting Salesforce administration and generating insights; ensuring the Sales tech infrastructure captures and presents data accurately to drive business progress
- Crafting reports in Salesforce, Hubspot, Excel, and other systems to bolster business execution; collaborating with Go-To-Market stakeholders to identify key metrics and insights, ensuring the TaxBit tech stack generates views encompassing these metrics and insights
- Ensuring correct capture, cleansing, enrichment, and upload of data; data forms the basis for all business insights at TaxBit
- Discovering new accounts/prospects to foster business growth; keeping track of the dynamic Web3 sector to capture new entrants within Salesforce
Professional Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Finance, Data Analytics, Data Science, or a similar role requiring analytical, critical thinking, and data-driven competencies
- Proficiency in Salesforce user management, configuration, and reporting
- Familiarity with sales technologies like Outreach, Gong.io, and Clari
- Capacity for conducting desk research
- Experience in data cleansing and enrichment practices
- Skill in sourcing solutions using Salesforce resources
Preferred Skills
- Experience in assisting users in diagnosing and resolving issues
- Capability to creatively troubleshoot problems focusing on straightforward solutions
- Familiarity with crypto, various types of Web3 businesses, and the key players in the field
- Ability to quickly grasp sales technologies
- Ownership of data capture, entry, and production workflows
The salary range for this position is $71,000 - $132,000 annually. Some roles may qualify for incentive compensation, equity, and benefits. Actual pay will be contingent upon different job-specific factors, including location, experience, level, and qualifications.
