Opportunity Overview:
The role in Revenue Operations at TaxBit is a crucial element in empowering our Go-To-Market strategy. RevOps plays a supportive role in the GTM team and its operations focusing on:
- Instituting, managing, and sustaining systems supporting operational processes
- Leading strategic planning of organizational and operating models
- Orchestrating data management and insights for optimizing GTM performance
- Collaborating across functions for effective deal management (e.g., pricing, contracts)
- Driving continuous improvement of GTM capabilities through knowledge enhancement
The RevOps Specialist in this role will be involved in all these aspects. The position plays a key role in providing value and insights to TaxBit's broader GTM operations, helping optimize sales efforts, target marketing endeavors, and fortify Customer Success strategies.
Primary responsibilities revolve around leveraging platforms like Salesforce to handle inbound processing linked to system administration, generating reports through tools such as Salesforce and Hubspot, monitoring and updating reports according to shifting GTM requirements, aiding in identifying new accounts, enriching account data for Salesforce integration, assigning prospects to the appropriate teams, and executing account scoring. These duties ensure that TaxBit's GTM capabilities operate at peak efficiency.
An ideal candidate for this position would possess the ability to comprehend moderately complex systems, work efficiently, think analytically, stay alert to responsibilities independently, communicate effectively with GTM stakeholders to update and align goals, and have strong collaboration skills.
Role Details and Responsibilities:
- Assisting in Salesforce administration and insights generation to ensure correct data representation for informed business decisions
- Developing reports in Salesforce, Hubspot, Excel, and other tools to support business operations and metrics-driven approaches
- Maintaining accurate data capture, cleansing, enrichment, and integration, witnessing its fundamental role in informing business insights
- Discovering new accounts and prospects to foster business expansion, with a focused eye on evolving areas like Web3, ensuring new prospects are accurately managed in Salesforce
Professional Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Financial analytics, Data Science, or comparable fields demanding analytical and data-driven skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce tools encompassing user management, configuration, and reporting
- Familiarity with key sales technologies such as Outreach, Gong.io, and Clari
- Proven ability in conducting detailed desk research and data cleansing tasks within different platforms
- Experience in problem-solving and keen usage of Salesforce resources for solution exploration.

- Capability in user support and creative issue troubleshooting
- Strong problem-solving attitude with a focus on simple yet effective solutions
- Understanding of crypto domain, various Web3 businesses, and prominent entities

The salary for this role ranges between $83,000 - $154,000, with additional elements such as performance incentives, equity, and standard benefits contributing to the overall compensation package being determined based on various factors.
