Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the operation of OKX novice group and develop effective strategies to convert and retain new users.
  2. Manage and moderate various online communities, including Telegram, Discord, and Reddit.
  3. Provide outstanding customer support to the OKX community, fostering trust and loyalty among users.
  4. Monitor and engage with members of the OKX community chat groups to promote positive interactions and enhance engagement.
  5. Identify and explore community-friendly platforms and groups to expand the user base and influence of OKX.
  6. Organize online events, campaigns, and conduct surveys to gather feedback on products and services.
  7. Analyze data and user trends to identify opportunities for improving trading behavior.
  8. Gather user feedback and provide valuable market insights.
  9. Source and onboard Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
  10. Contribute to the creation and publication of educational content related to OKX.

Qualifications:

  1. Degree in finance, customer service, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a social media agent, customer service representative, or in a similar role.
  3. Proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin (Chinese) to communicate effectively with counterparts in China and Hong Kong.
  4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Willingness to adhere to a given schedule to support 24x7 operations.
  6. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with calmness and professionalism.
  7. Solution-oriented mindset and ability to make efficient decisions to resolve customer issues.
  8. Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask.
  9. Knowledge of Hubspot management, bot setting, and automation is a plus.
  10. Willingness to work at Tun Razak Exchange, within walking distance of MRT TRX.
