Responsibilities:
- Lead the operation of OKX novice group and develop effective strategies to convert and retain new users.
- Manage and moderate various online communities, including Telegram, Discord, and Reddit.
- Provide outstanding customer support to the OKX community, fostering trust and loyalty among users.
- Monitor and engage with members of the OKX community chat groups to promote positive interactions and enhance engagement.
- Identify and explore community-friendly platforms and groups to expand the user base and influence of OKX.

Qualifications:
- Degree in finance, customer service, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a social media agent, customer service representative, or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin (Chinese) to communicate effectively with counterparts in China and Hong Kong.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
