What you will do:
Circle is searching for a seasoned Senior Developer Marketing Manager to join our Demand Generation team. The ideal candidate will lead demand generation strategies for our Web3 Services products and Circle Infrastructure offerings, overseeing the implementation of tactics for product-focused initiatives. Success in this role hinges on adept collaboration with various teams including developer marketing, product marketing, and product teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive demand generation for Web3 Services Products, optimizing strategies to engage the target audience effectively.
- Raise awareness and adoption of our product suite among developers through impactful campaign initiatives.
- Manage product launches in collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Align closely with developer marketing, product marketing, and product teams on strategic objectives.
- Devise and implement comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns aligned with goals and OKRs.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape to shape effective marketing strategies.
- Assess the performance of developer demand generation initiatives, measuring against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders and the developer community.

Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in Developer Marketing or Product Marketing preferred.
- Proven track record in product launches and marketing to developers within the crypto industry.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing persuasive product launch plans conducive to widespread adoption.
- Thorough understanding of digital marketing channels like SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Strong collaboration skills to engage cross-functional leaders effectively, driving results.
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects concurrently.
- Ownership of key projects and accountability for product launch adoption.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven ability to navigate complex business environments, facilitating efficient execution.
- Experience with platforms like 6Sense, Seismic, HubSpot, Slack, Apple MacOS, and GSuite preferred.
- Willingness to engage in work-related travel.
- Fluency in oral and written English; multilingual proficiency a bonus.
