Responsibilities:
Circle is currently seeking a Senior Developer Marketing Manager to lead demand generation initiatives for our Web3 Services and Circle Infrastructure products. A key aspect of this role involves collaborating effectively with various teams, such as developer marketing, product marketing, and product teams, to ensure the successful execution of demand generation strategies and product initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Defining and implementing demand generation strategies to engage targeted audiences for our products.
- Orchestrating effective campaigns to increase awareness and drive adoption among developers.
- Managing product launches in coordination with internal teams to ensure seamless rollouts.
- Collaborating with different teams to align on strategies, goals, and execute marketing plans.
- Monitoring market trends and competitor landscape to enhance marketing strategies.
- Conducting performance analysis of demand generation initiatives against set goals and KPIs.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders in the developer community.

Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in Developer Marketing/Product Marketing preferred.
- Proven expertise in product launches and marketing to developers within the crypto industry.
- Track record of successful product launches resulting in widespread adoption.
- Proficiency in digital marketing channels like SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Strong collaboration and project management skills in fast-paced environments.
- Ownership and delivery of key projects and product launches.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience with certain preferred tools such as 6Sense, Seismic, HubSpot, Slack, Apple MacOS, and GSuite.
- Travel flexibility required.
- Fluent in English, bilingualism a plus.

- Compensation varies based on factors like experience, qualifications, and company needs.
- Compensation details: Base Pay Range: $160,000 - $207,500; Annual Bonus Target: 17.5%.
