Responsibilities include:
The Corporate Platforms, Web & Tools Executive will assume a crucial role in guiding our company's growth by delivering exceptional online experiences for employees, executives, and valued customers. With over 20 years of expertise in Corporate systems, User Experience Design, IT Web team leadership, portal optimization, Global web caching, the ideal candidate should bring a wealth of knowledge and a proven record of deploying Enterprise-scale platforms and tools organization-wide. Relevant experience involves overseeing corporate platforms operationally, implementing platforms & web solutions, managing Intranets, Content Management Systems, Communities, Wikis, major corporate SaaS products, enabling foundational systems for the Enterprise. Proficiency in localized design across the tools set is essential, along with expertise in optimizing at scale and managing vendors handling 3rd party platforms and agencies. A background in Technology or Financial industries is beneficial.
Scope of work entails:
- Corporate Platforms: Spearheading efforts to centralize platforms in use, streamlining platforms across the enterprise for optimal performance and cost efficiency.
- Strategic Digital Experience Design: Crafting new and innovative digital experiences to enhance employee productivity and satisfaction within an enterprise perspective.
- IT Web Team Leadership: Establishing and supervising a dedicated IT Web Platform team to enhance business efficiency and agility during the growth phase.
- IT Tooling: Overseeing the deployment of tools for the Circle intranet, managing Web caching, Wiki, CMS, web metrics and tracking, Collaboration tools, and additional solutions as required.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborating with various departments including Marketing, HR, Finance, Security, and Business Executives to execute strategic corporate initiatives, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives.
- Project Leadership: Leading internal and external projects, focusing on enhancing self-service capabilities and optimizing communication and content distribution for the organization.
- Innovation and Improvement: Fostering an IT team culture centered on innovation and continuous enhancement, leveraging the latest technologies and methodologies.
- Performance Measurement: Developing and implementing key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge the success and impact of digital initiatives, emphasizing measurable outcomes for continuous improvement.

Prerequisites for Circle:
- More than 20 years experience in digital experience, globally leading UX/UI, Employee Web development, Content Management Systems, and IT platform operations.
- Proven track record in successfully managing digital projects for efficiency improvement and cost savings.
- Proficiency in people management, cultivating high-performing IT teams.
- Thought leadership and expertise in Employee Experience.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, adept at cross-functional work for achieving business goals.
- Innovative mindset focusing on transformative digital experiences.
- Ideally possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a similar field.
Additional Information:
This position offers day-one sponsorship for qualified candidates. Starting salary range: $217,500 - $270,000 Bonus Target: 25%
