Senior Growth Product Manager (AI Notification)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to create and execute strategies for international product development.
• Conduct basic research and usability testing to effectively understand and meet the needs of international teams.
• Integrate user research, market analysis, and customer feedback into product requirements to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the crypto ecosystem to address unique international requirements.
• Create solutions to localize products both on the back-end and customer-facing fronts.
• Prioritize features, drive consensus, and manage product schedules to deliver high-quality experiences.
• Utilize quantitative and qualitative data on user behaviors and experiments to inform product decisions.
• Establish metrics for evaluating success and failure and ensure team alignment on objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, particularly in user growth.
• Strong understanding of user experience and familiarity with platform UI best practices.
• Experience in developing multiple product features, including AI notifications.
• Proficient in leveraging analytics, user research, and business cases to drive product improvements.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Skilled in planning workstreams effectively.
