Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations & Administration:
Manage the entire employee life cycle, including onboarding, offboarding, paperwork processing, and maintaining accurate employee records.
Coordinate with external partners to ensure accurate monthly payroll processing across four European locations.
Administer employee benefits including health insurance, vacation time, and other programs.
Update HR policies to comply with German labor laws.
Oversee semi-annual performance management processes.
HR Systems & Technology:
Maintain and configure HRIS and generate reports for strategic decision-making.
Stay informed on HR technology trends to identify optimizations.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
Collaborate on employee engagement initiatives with the Talent Advisory Director.
Assist with internal communications related to HR policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or relevant field.
- 3-5 years of HR Operations experience.
- Proficiency in HR information systems, familiarity with HiBob preferred.
- Knowledge of German labor laws.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
