Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Senior Producer to join us. As part of the role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development progress of the feature team working on a sports mobile game. This involves planning, tracking, and reporting on work progress, managing work allocation, monitoring feature delivery, and meeting project milestones.

Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of experience in game development, project management, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of game development methodologies and project management tools.
• CSM or PMP certification is a plus.

Key duties:

• Ensure timely and quality game delivery.
• Plan and schedule development considering resources and technical needs.
• Manage project issues in JIRA.
• Assist in game testing and quality assurance processes.
• Monitor project progress and address potential issues.
• Create clear project reports and documentation.
• Lead agile practices for continuous improvement.
• Establish and maintain relationships with external partners.
• Contribute to game design documentation accuracy.
• Assist in tertiary Customer Support.
