About the Role
21.co is seeking a highly-skilled Senior Strategy and Business Operations Lead to collaborate with the CEO's Chief of Staff in driving crucial business initiatives. This position will closely work with the senior leadership team to contribute to the improvement of the overall business.
Responsibilities:
- Operational Cadence Coordination: Enhancing and managing the company's operational cadence, including OKRs, leadership meetings, board meetings, and offsites.
- Priority Execution: Assisting the Chief of Staff in driving the execution of the company's top priorities and focusing on strategic objectives.
- Organizational Practices: Collaborating with the Chief of Staff to foster agile organizational practices that enhance overall efficiency.
- Meeting Productivity: Taking charge of planning, agenda, and notes for leadership meetings to improve productivity and ensure follow-ups.
- Strategic Focus: Assisting in steering senior leadership attention towards strategic and operational priorities to contribute to company success.
- Project Coordination: Providing support on various projects, ranging from analyses and internal initiatives to M&A, expansion efforts, and partnerships.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- At least 2 years of management consulting experience (e.g., McKinsey & Co, Bain & Co, BCG)
- At least 2 years of startup experience, preferably
- Experience in finance and or/crypto, preferred

This role is based in New York City and will require the candidate to work from our New York office, following a hybrid work model from Monday to Wednesday.
(NYC only) Pursuant to Section 8-102 of title 8 of the New York City administrative code, the base salary range for this role is $135,000.00 - 175,000.00. Total compensation packages are determined based on various factors unique to each candidate, such as skill set, years of experience, certifications, and specific office location. Compensation may vary in other locations due to considerations regarding the cost of labor.
