We are currently seeking a skilled and driven engineer or architect to join our Engineering team at O(1) Labs. Responsibilities

Define application use cases and promote the adoption of o1's zero knowledge proof technology, particularly the o1js SDK, in applications. This involves integrating privacy and efficiency benefits, such as reduced gas costs.

Cultivate technical relationships with partners and facilitate their integration of o1js with the Mina blockchain by guiding their technical teams and providing hands-on support when needed.

Assist partners in deploying o1js by highlighting its advantages, giving architectural recommendations for zk integration in their solutions, and maintaining a strong technical grasp of o1js, Mina, and related technologies.

Contribute to the development of go-to-market strategies, and collaborate with the Business Development team in attracting new partners through various initiatives like industry events and targeted outreach programs.

Qualifications

Possess strong technical proficiency, particularly in Typescript and blockchain technology, with a focus on solving architectural challenges. Understanding of zero knowledge proof technology is advantageous.

Quickly adapt to various partner stacks in different programming languages.

Demonstrated knowledge of zk application technology and its real-world applications, including data sources and state bridges.

Eagerness and ability to build zkApps to enhance skills, stay updated on product advancements, and support the ecosystem.

Skilled in engaging with technical stakeholders and decision-makers, nurturing relationships, and fostering collaborations that yield positive outcomes.

Willingness to participate in program management and engage in outreach to potential new partners.

The compensation range for this full-time role is $170,000 to $193,000. This range represents the target for new hire salaries and may vary based on role, level, skills, and experience. Additional salary details can be provided during the hiring process.
