Join us at Foundry, a subsidiary of Digital Currency Group, the premier investor in the blockchain industry. As the Site Manager, reporting to the Director of Mining Services, you will manage our Cryptocurrency mining operations in Pecos, TX.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead the site mining operations team to drive operational excellence and adherence to SLAs.
• Recruit, onboard, develop, and guide a skilled Site Operations team.
• Manage the asset lifecycle, from site entry to equipment retirement.
• Ensure operational budget compliance.
• Implement ongoing Safety Training protocols for staff.
• Plan and execute goal-setting strategies for Data Center performance.
• Contribute to SOPs and EOPs development and maintenance.
• Collaborate with the Product Development Team for automation integration.
• Enforce performance metrics across all Data Center functions.
• Coordinate prompt and accurate equipment repairs.
• Facilitate staff training on job responsibilities.

About You:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience in Bitcoin and cryptocurrency mining and infrastructure.
• Proven project management skills.
• Proficiency in network, electrical, mechanical, and building systems.
• Strong aptitude for web-based applications and software like Excel and Word.
• 3 years in a technology-related role.
• Prior experience in management.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to engage in physical tasks like walking, lifting (up to 75 pounds), climbing, and stooping.
