SUMMARY
The Social Media Manager is responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies for the company and its subsidiaries. Working closely with the marketing and communications team, the Social Media Manager plays a key role in promoting the company's mission, products, and brand. They are integral in maintaining the company's voice and image through various social media platforms.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Manage all social media channels, including content creation, scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring analytics.
- Create and execute social media campaigns to support company announcements and product launches.
- Stay updated on social media trends, providing insights to internal stakeholders, and adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure social media content aligns with company values and objectives.
- Establish relationships with industry influencers to broaden the company's reach and credibility.
- Oversee social media advertising campaigns, including budget management and performance tracking.
- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries and comments on social media platforms.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and generate reports to assess effectiveness and guide future strategies.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years of experience in social media management and product marketing, preferably in industries such as technology, energy, or Bitcoin.
- Track record of developing and executing successful social media strategies across multiple platforms.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret social media data and industry trends, providing informed guidance on strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for producing engaging content and marketing materials.
- Exceptional attention to detail and creativity in campaign ideation and content creation.
- Experience in managing social media advertising campaigns and tracking performance metrics.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and juggle multiple priorities effectively.
