The Engineering Team

We are seeking candidates to join various core engineering teams, including:
- CCIP: Creating interoperability among blockchains to support thousands of tokens and message deliveries across hundreds of blockchains.
- Blockchain Integrations: Handling the integration of new blockchains into the Chainlink platform and collaborating with founding engineers.
- VRF & Capital Markets: Developing solutions to bridge the gap between decentralized and traditional finance, providing liquidity to the capital markets industry looking to tokenize real-world assets.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of professional engineering experience in a collaborative product-focused setting
- Proficiency in Golang, Typescript, Solidity, or Rust
- Keen interest in blockchain, web3, and related decentralized technologies
- Strong English communication and organizational skills
- Understanding of computer science fundamentals
- Comfortable working remotely in a distributed team across multiple time zones
Preferred Requirements
- Experience managing project progress, dependencies, and risk communication with stakeholders
- Background in blockchain and Web 3.0 technologies as a web3 developer or backend service developer
- Contribution to the open-source community
Our Selection Process
Chainlink Labs employs a role-agnostic hiring process for core engineering teams. Candidates will be assessed based on engineering standards and placed in the appropriate team as they progress through the process. Opportunities to engage with engineers and leadership across core teams will be provided.

All positions at Chainlink Labs are global and remote-based, requiring some overlap in working hours with Eastern Standard Time.
