Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of products and solutions for the derivatives exchange platform.

Collaborate closely with the product management team to enhance existing models/products/algorithms.

Participate in code audits, testing, and release processes.

Establish a deployable system with automated testing, continuous integration, and delivery capabilities.

Identify and solve backend infrastructure and platform issues.

Analyze and resolve cross-stack problems.

Work with the security team to ensure high security and scalability of infrastructure and backend services.

Manage code and function implementation documents.

Collaborate with the DevOps team to enhance the technology stack constantly.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in Java programming.

Proficient in market risk knowledge.

Preferable experience in developing trading applications for Equity, FX, or Derivative products within Investment Banks, Hedge Funds, or Exchanges in traditional or crypto markets.

Familiarity with Test-Driven Development (TDD) methodology and experience in automated testing.

Strong attention to detail, responsibility, and a drive to improve processes.

Ability to adapt to challenges, learn quickly, and handle changing priorities in a fast-paced industry.

Previous experience in OTC RFQ workflow/Structural product system development is beneficial.

Experience with Derivative products is a plus.
