We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to play a critical role in our mission-driven team. Responsibilities:

  • Translate our product strategy into a solution that resonates with customers
  • Facilitate product planning and prioritization in collaboration with customers, internal stakeholders, and a cross-functional squad
  • Ensure excellent agile product processes and culture within your squad, driving continuous improvement and adherence to best practices
  • Regularly engage with customers to understand their needs and incorporate feedback into product development
  • Utilize data for decision-making and assess the business value and performance of product increments

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of B2B Product Management experience, with at least 2 years on a comparable product (B2B SaaS, significant contract value in fields like FinTech/HRtech/LegalTech)
  • Demonstrated track record in developing, launching, and maintaining complex software products
  • Proficiency in agile methodologies and product lifecycle management
  • Strong background in user research and a growth mindset
  • Passion for sustainability and making a positive impact through work
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills with a collaborative and inclusive approach
