Sr. Staff IT Systems and Network Engineer (f/m)

We are seeking a driven and proficient Systems and Network Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be entrusted with the management, optimization, and security of our IT infrastructure. Collaborating closely with the IT support team, you will ensure the efficient performance of internal systems and networks while enhancing overall security in cooperation with our cybersecurity team.
Responsibilities:
- Network Management: Configure and maintain Cisco Meraki and Fortinet equipment, optimize firewalls and VPNs, and oversee network performance.
- Systems Administration: Supervise Hyper-V environments, servers, and operating systems (Windows, Linux), ensuring consistent backups.
- Technical Support: Provide Level 2/3 support, resolve incidents, and contribute to IT projects.
- Endpoint Management: Administer MDM solutions for macOS (JAMF) and Windows (INTUNE).
- IT Security: Implement security policies, ensure compliance, and conduct routine audits.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and propose infrastructure enhancements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, networks, or systems engineering.
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency with Cisco Meraki, Fortinet firewalls (FortiGate, FortiManager), and network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
- Experience managing Hyper-V environments, Windows Server, Linux (Ubuntu), and MDM tools like JAMF and INTUNE.
- Familiarity with SaaS tools (Google Workspace, OKTA, Atlassian), monitoring systems (Nagios, NEMS), and scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
- Certifications such as Cisco (CCNA, CCNP) and Fortinet (FortiGate) are advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills, team-oriented mindset, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills.
- Proficiency in both French and English.
